Help Latinx NB get out of Moldy Apartment

The goal I have set is to help me cover first month and last months for the place I end up moving too , paying for movers and paying at least one month ahead of rent At this moment I have a part time but unfortunately it’s not enough during these trying covid times. I have been living in a apartment building that is truly not under living conditions. There is mold in the bathroom floors and underneath the carpets. One of the red stone walls is falling apart and part of the kitchen sink has rust on it. The owners know all of this There are tenants who agree with me that this place is outdated and would probably get this building shut. My landlord recently helped me get a housing relief fund and is holding it over my head - he responded with “I’ve done everything in my power to help you out as a tenant, more than I’ve needed to do, I need better energy” When I texted him about switching to the room that no one has lived in for the past two months and how the carpet is killing me. I am not in danger of being homeless but I am afraid that I will. Please help me get out of living situation that is really not healthy for me anymore
