Louis’s tomcat trike

Hi everyone As some of you may already know my son Louis has Angelman syndrome and Epilepsy. This means he is non-verbal and severe special needs affect his balance, hand eye coordination, he’s ability to join in regular activities and use regular equipment or even just walk around the park with friends and family. Recently I have been made aware that he is really enjoying using the trike at school so I have made it my mission to get him one but unfortunately they cost over £2500. I have decided to open this page so I can raise some money for louis who is 12 and has never had a bike before as he is unable to ride a regular one due to him having Angelman syndrome. I really hope that I can get him the trike meets his needs and will not only bring him much enjoyment but also help him develop some of the skills that are affected by him having Angelman syndrome as I have mentioned above. Also provide him with physical exercise and this would mean less time spent being pushed around in his wheelchair as he could join his sister and make new friends out on his specially made/adapted for his needs tomcat trike.
