Hi everyone, my name is Kristen Jolly and I am Treys bonus momma. I'm starting this Gofundme for him and his young family as we just found out today his testicular cancer has now spread into his right lung and tomorrow he will recieve his port to start chemo treatments.

In June of last year Trey was diagnosed with Testisticular cancer, had surgery and after some tests were completed we believed he was cancer free. A few nights ago he was having trouble breathing and went to the hospital where imaging showed a mass in his lung and enlarged lymphnodes. He was transported to JPS where his oncologist is, after more imaging and tests were done they concluded the cancer has metastasized.

Trey and his wife Kristen both have full time jobs and are the most amazing parents to their four kids. Trey works as a mechanic at Ray's Transmission in Springtown but does not have any medical benefits and for the time being they will be relying on one income to support their family. With the cost of travel to and from appointments, bills and making sure they can keep their home especially during the holidays, I wanted to create this to hopefully take some of the burden off of them.
