On the early hours of January 6, 2019 Officer David Holen was involved in a car accident with an 18-wheeler in Monahans TX on his way to his work place. Officer Holen was trapped inside his vehicle and immediately transported by air to Odessa TX with major injuries. Officer Holen remains hospitalized recovering from injuries, Officer Holen has overcome several complications but remains under intense care.
Officer Holen has been serving the community of Kermit Texas for over 5 years as a Police Officer with the City of Kermit, TX. Husband of Stephanie Walker Holen and father of 4 amazing kids.
We are asking our community of Kermit, Winkler County and surroundings areas to help the Holen Family with any medical and personal expenses this unfortunate event has brought to the family.
