Family bills

Hi, the Smith family is experiencing a hard ship because of Desirees medical issues and her not being able to work. We are behind a mortgage payment and also need help with our HVAC payment. We have 600.00 to start the install of the HVAC system and the guy is willing to work with us on the 5000.00 for the units. We need the heating system because our house gets so cold at night and are using space heaters to take the chill off of the girls room. We are also behind in a mortgage payment and need to get things caught up but are stressed out about how to do it all. Any help would be very appreciated and would go to our two expenses. Thank you!!
