Friends,

My grandpa, Dan Hughes, lost his home to an unexpected fire this morning. He was able to escape with no major injuries, although one other individual was taken to the hospital. The house has been confirmed a total loss. As you can imagine we are completely devastated. My grandpa very recently survived a stroke, and now to lose absolutely everything so close to the holiday season has been heartbreaking. 

Unfortunately, he has no home insurance to fall back on, requiring 100% of all costs to be to paid out of pocket. As difficult as it is to ask for help, we will take anything we can get at this point. Any and all help is welcome and greatly appreciated. My grandpa is one of the best people out there, he deserves all the support he can get.
