Hi, my name is Carol early this morning. Our beautiful border collie TED ran from my husband onto the road and was hit by a car. He has a severely broken pelvis and a little bit about TED's background. He is well-known at the sarnia germane dog park. He loves all animals. He has 5 sister's and brother cats and has his best friend Maya, he loves his older sister, we are all missing He's at the vet. He has to have surgery. He has a broken pelvis. TED is only a year old in a couple of days, and we don't want his life to end. We would like to have the surgery, but it is very expensive.
