For those of you who don't know me, My name is Dave Chappelle. I hate asking people for help, however I have to put my big boy pants on and do it. I am in the proccess of getting a new wheelchair, as mine is no longer even safe for me to use. I have orderd my chair and it should be ready in about 3 weeks. I am waiting to hear back from the Assisted Devices Program, if approved they will cover 75%. I am stuck with the remaining 25% as my insurance through work will not cover anything. I am struggling to come up with the money to pay for my chair. I am not just getting a new weekend toy to play around in, this is my legs that gets me from point A to point B. I am reaching out to anyone who may be reading this.  If you can help even just a little bit, I will be so thankful to each and everyone of you.
