Lori has been very sick with Covid-19 for over six weeks and she has been to the emergency room three times. Her lungs show severe pnuemonia and she has elevated liver and kidney levels. She is hardly able to get out of bed and is very dizzy and weak. We are all worried about her, but she is stable for now and luckily she is not ill enough to be admitted to the hospital. 

Unfortunately, her illness is just not improving much and she may become a 'covid long hauler'. She has been unable to work since late October (and normally lives on a tight budget already) so this illness has completely wiped out her bank account. 

We are fundraising for Lori so that she can use the funds to pay for rent, groceries, and other bills. If there is anything leftover, that money will go to her impending hospital bills from the ER visits.
