On December 1st, my step-grandfather, Tim Warden, and another gentlemen were killed in a accident on 35th st & Green Bay Rd. Witnesses at the scene tell us that the woman who hit Tim was speeding excessively beginning in Racine until the accident. Some believe she was going 70+ mph, in a zone where 45 is the speed limit. 

Because of this extreme recklessness and the violence of this accident, two lives were lost and my family was unable to say goodbye or see Tim after he passed. Additionally, as Tim was only 59 years old with many years ahead of him, there is no life insurance or savings to assist with expenses. Since this is an ongoing investigation, it may many months before we can seek any financial restitution.

While it hurts to do so, we are asking for help from our community. Anything you donate will go straight to funeral and cremation expenses.
