Justice for Richard Frazier

Richard M. Frazier, was a 25 year old young man on his way to work on Tuesday December 1st when he was violently struck by a garbage truck on a road that had a speed limit of 35 mph. Richard was known by his family as being a cautious driver that remained within the speed limits. His accident resulted in the car being totaled which shows that the speed limit was not being followed by the Garbage truck driver. Law enforcement and traffic patrol quickly wrapped up the case but it does not sit right with the family. This family is now left trying to find funds to bury their loved one. They were already struggling and need much support without having this new expense. Not only do they need help burying Richard they need help with legal fees. Please help this family through these difficult times.
