Lehmann Flood Recovery

I am setting up this account for Linda, my sister, and John who were greatly affected by the flooding in south Louisiana.  Like many others, their home had water over the kitchen counter tops.  They lost everything except the clothes on their back, several books and a few pictures. Fortunately, they had flood insurance for the home but NOT for their contents. Everything in the house is gone. It will be many months before they are back in their home. If you want to help this sweet couple get their feet back on the ground,  we are setting up a Go Fund Me. Money raised will provide them with food and supplies in their temporary housing and provide them with funds to purchase furniture, beds, appliances, bedding, towels, clothes, kitchenware, the list goes on and on for their home when it is put back together. She works as a clerk for a hospital. Her husband is on disability for a brain injury. They are tapped out, overwhelmed and exhausted. Family members are helping but we cannot help enough.  Many friends have asked how they can help. Establishing this Go Fund Me will make it easy on those who want to reach out with assistance.  They will be very grateful for any amount you can give.
