Hello!

We are San Jose State University's primary competitive co-ed Bollywood dance team. We dance to encourage the spread of our colorful culture throughout the community and hope to spark a connection with all who participate and partake in supporting us. Complete with costumes, props, and unique choreography, our performances integrate the flavor from the East and modernism from the West to create something that entertains our audience.

This season, SJSU Sahaara has been blessed to partake in competitions across cities throughout the country. We are currently a team of 21 members, and coming out of pocket, it gets costly, especially as college students.

Which is why we need YOUR help. With your help, the donations we receive will go towards travel expenses, hotels, props, costumes, and personal expenses for our set. Every penny counts, and any money you are willing to donate will help bring our team's vision to the stage!

We love what we do and are incredibly excited to take our team through a journey of new experiences and memories and even the opportunity to go to nationals. We really appreciate any help you can provide while we continue on this journey!
