On Sunday, November 22nd, while hunting in Louisiana, Jerry suffered an Aortic Aneurysm that started in his neck traveled diagonally across his chest and down the left side of his body causing life threatening damage. Once paramedics were able to locate him, he was taken to a nearby hospital and then care flighted to a major hospital in Houston. While the surgery was successful, he remains in critical condition on a ventilator. Doctor’s are unsure of his future. If he survives he will require extensive therapy that could keep him in the hospital indefinitely. This has caused serious emotional and financial stress on the family. Lisa is staying at a nearby hotel as she is only allowed to see him an hour a day under Covid 19 regulations. They both work for American Airlines, him unable to work, little sick time, and Lisa unable to work can not meet daily, weekly or monthly needs. We are humbly asking, in the harshest of times for so many, that our AA family and others, support this family in anyway possible. Thank you for all your prayers, cards, and love for Jerry and Lisa!
