Please help Senna get better

Meet Senna:) .She is my friends lovely pet that has just turned 2.Almost a year ago she has been diagnosed with patella luxation grade 1.Took her to multiple vets after we have notice she is in pain and we have been told that her leg has gotten worse and now her left leg is in grade 3.,and the right leg is in grade 1 to 2.She needs urgent surgery for her left leg at the moment that costs over £2000.I would appreciate any little amount to help this little loving and caring girl have her surgery done ,as she is in so much pain.Many thanks in advance to all of you
