Hello all current and future supporters,
Thank you so much for the support we have seen from so many amazing people. The previous donations were used to get the space finished and cleaned up. We are now entering the inspections phase and need $40,000 to pay insurance, utilities, open equipment invoices, hiring and training employees, and inventory. Our original goal was $50,000 and with your previous donations we were able to finish the bulk of the construction.
We are offering the opportunity for donors to give at four levels
Level 1: Give $250 and get your name on a plaque that will be displayed in the restaurant thanking you for your generous donation.
Level 2: Give $500 and get a customized named mug that come with 10 complimentary beers.
level 3: Give $1000 and get a whole smoked pig dinner with all the appropriate accompaniments for eight people.
(two week scheduling necessary)
Level 4: Give $2,000 and we will name a booth after you (plaque included) to show our guests how much we value your donation! Five booths up for grabs!
This has been my dream and I’ve worked through quite a bit of hardship both in and out of the kitchen over the 20+ years I’ve been in the business.
