Freedom Flights

We are trying to raise money to get Hope & Legend their flights home to a happy ever after.

 

Both rescued from the meat trade in China by Nana's Haven a fantastic rescue.

 

Legend was spotted first by the rescue in a meat truck which Nana's Haven managed to get the driver to agree to surrender the dogs at a near by shelter. 

When the team went to collect Legend they were not given him but were given Hope. The team tried to negotiate to also get legend but it was denied. 

Hope was in desperate need of medical attention as her heart was not working properly. Two months on Nana's Haven spotted Legend in the shelter on a Tiktok. They sprung into action and managed to get the shelter to agree to surrender him finally. Hope would not have survived if she hadn't taken Legends place to being with, so it is thanks to him she survived. They have been paired to now live a happy long life together and are only a flight away from their Happy ever after. 

 

Flights have near on quadrupled since COVID to fly dogs home and with less flight volunteers to get the price down rescues are struggling to get them home. Flights per dog are starting from £5000 at the moment.
