I have been blindsighted by the big "C"!!! I went in for a routine colonscopy screening and they found a tumor.
I was on pins and needles waiting for the pathology report and I got the dreaded news. It was confirmed I have cancer! The last two weeks have been a whirlwind of multiple doctor appointments and diagnostic tests.

In additional to the poking and prodding I have endured, the anxiety of the upcoming Chemo/Radiation, I also have the unexpected medical expenses.
My doctor tells me I need to focus on my treatment plan but it is hard not to be anxious about the unexpected expense of this all.
