For over 30 years, Mike Tracy has been the kind of person who shows up—no matter what. If you’ve ever worked in or around estate sales in Connecticut, chances are you’ve seen Mike in action: steady, hardworking, and always willing to help.

Mike grew up in Bridgeport, CT, one of 13 children raised by parents who are still together today—a testament to the values of commitment and family that Mike carries with him every day. He built his life around those same principles.

He married and helped raise four girls as his own after they lost their father at a young age. When tragedy struck again and one of his daughters passed away from cancer, Mike stepped in without hesitation to help raise her three children. Today, Mike is caring for three children and is a proud grandfather to 17 grandchildren.

Mike has always been the one giving back. On Sunday mornings, he takes donated clothing and sets up tables for those in need—quietly helping his community without ever asking for anything in return.

But now, Mike needs help.

Mike’s box truck—his livelihood—has broken down beyond repair. This truck isn’t just a vehicle; it’s how he works, how he provides, and how he supports his family. For decades, Mike has scraped together what he could to buy used trucks, fixing them himself and keeping them running as long as possible. But this time, he’s been left without a way to work.

Without his truck, Mike is facing the very real fear of falling behind on his mortgage and not being able to support the family who depends on him.
