Help a hard working wife, mother, diagnosed with rare cancer

I am a hardworking wife and mother. I had to have an unexpected surgery to remove my appendix. The pathology report of the appendix came back with Goblet Cell Adenocarcinoma, a rare appendix cancer. I recently celebrated 14 years of sobriety.
