Helping Shanelle's Dream Come True

Shanelle said for most of her life she was floating with no purpose or focus then she found food preservation and gardening, or they found her! Putting her hands in dirt, planting and watching things grow, sharing her food bounty with others has changed her life. Her goal is to start her own urban farm which will provide affordable fresh produce to people living on limited incomes. Attending the one-week immersion program at Soul Fire Farm in New York will be a once-in-a lifetime experience and she will learn valuable farming/gardening lessons, and be able to connect with other farmers of color. Attending this structured immersion training will indeed be a huge step towards making Shanelle's dream and goal come true. Thank you to all who consider and help make her dream come true.
