Camp Chanco Summer Scholarship Fund

Camp Chanco is a two week long residential summer camp that is located in Spring Grove Virginia. We are a ministry of the Episcopal Diocese of Southern Virginia. We are currently raising funds to send a large number of children to our camp who could otherwise not afford it. Summer camp is one of the most positive life experiences a child can have, and our camp would like to share that experiance with as many children as possible. This year we experianced a large increase in scholarship applicants as well as a request from a boys home in Southwestern VA to send ten of its children. Our current scholarship fund cannot cover all of these requests, so we are asking for donations of any size to help give these kids, who have already been through so much, the chance to have the summer of a lifetime.
