Hello Family.  I'm Cordell Reid. I'm coming to you with my hat in hand because I resently suffered a medical crisis that left me in a financial jam. On May 15th, 2016, I was admitted into South Suburban Hospital due to dizzyness, double vision and over all weakness. After a week of testing, which included 3 MRI's, a cat scan, a Ultra sound of my Kidneys and my Heart, and numerous blood and urine test, i was originally told I have Miller Fisher Syndrome, a virus with no know treatment. I was told I would have to let the virus run it's course, which could be a long as 5 months. after a Spinal tap I was was then diagnosed with Guillian Barre Syndrome.
Guillian Barre Syndrome is a problem with the nervous system. It causes muscle weakness, loss of reflexes, and numbness to the arms, legs, face and other parts of the body. Guillian Barre Syndrome also requires patiants to spend a couple of weeks in the hospital.  This is because the condition can be deadly if the weakness speads to muscles that control breathing, heart rate, and blood pressure.
I have finally been released from the hospital.  I'm now involved in intense out patient therapy.  The prognosis is that I will be back to normal within a month. Unfortunately, I am unable to work during the duration of my recovery. Mounting medical bill not covered by my insurance and rent are the reason I'm asking for your help. I would greatly appreciate any donation you could give. Thank You all very much.
