Norma Balsewicz Memorial Fund
My parents, Frank and Norma Balsewicz, are the most caring, generous people I have known in my entire life. They have sacrificed and given to others of their time, money, clothes, food in any way that they are able. Times have been hard for them but they are dedicated Christians and believe that God is greater than any hardship we have.
Recently Norma has been diagnosed with Renal Cell Cancer. She is only 67 years old and the only grandmother still living for all her grandchildren. Radiation did not help her tumor and now she is depending on chemo pills for relief. She has had a large amputation of her left foot and her right leg was broken and right hip has a tumor. Norma also has many other serious health issues over the years, mostly suffering from severe back pain and type 2 diabetes. She has to take many pain meds each day and many trips to various doctors. They currently have no retirement funds and the family has drained all available resources to help them. They live on a very low income and a tiny 1 bedroom apartment. They can barely pay their monthly expenses and usually nothing left over.
Grandma Norma is a sweet lady and loved by many. She is always so grateful for any help. I know it will give my mom extra joy and strength through her cancer trials if she doesn't have to worry about rent, grocery or medical bills. Thank you and God Bless!
