Motorcycle Accident

My name is Adrian, I am new in San Antonio and I work as a waiter. Which means if I dont work I would make money.  It was too expensive to have health insurance, but a day ago I got in a pretty bad motorcycle accident. I was driving about 60 miles an hour and an animal came out of no where and I swerved to avoid it, which made me crash. Now I have a few friends helping me to get better ( this message is also typed by my friends for me), but moneywise I am definitely messed up, I have medical bills for my broken hand and wrist and several bad road rash injuries. I also have a broken knee as well and can't afford to have a doctor look at it. I have no idea what to do. I live on my own with my 3 pitbulls.

I would appreciate any help. Even if it is just a dollar. It will add up, and I can use every dollar at this point... Thank you so much for your support, even if it is just a prayer...
