Shannon Bowen’s Funeral and Memorial Services

As many of you already know on November 9, 2020 we learned of the tragic passing of Shannon Bowen. Shannon was just 37 years old. Twelve years ago Shannon and her grandmother, Kay Weiss, lost her mother Brenda Schulten. Shannon had been dealing with the loss of her mother ever since. This was a huge undertaking for Shannon because her mother and her were so very close. She had recently in the past eight months dedicated her life to sobriety and change. Unfortunately, this year was a tough one for everyone including Shannon. Shannon lost her battle and we lost a light in this dark world. We know that 2020 has been a tragic and financial hardship for every single person that reads this. All we ask is if you can please donate something, anything so that we can ease the financial weight off Kay. Anything that Grandma Kay does not use towards Shannon’s cremation and services will be donated to The American Foundation of Suicide Prevention or The Humane Society of Missouri.
