Help April Get Back to Work

In January I was diagnosed with breast cancer and have been out of work since February 2nd. I have had 3 surgeries and have gone through 16 weeks of chemotherapy which caused me to get Neuropathy (numbness of the nerves) in my feet. I was cleared to go back to work by my Dr's but the Dr's at my job say I have to have a Functional Capacity Evaluation test done before I can come back. Unfortunately my insurance doesn't cover it and is very expensive. Anything would be greatly appreciated.
