Support Jeremy's Road to Recovery
Donation protected
As hard as it is to ask for help in our time of need, we find ourselves having to do so.
Jeremy’s medical journey started on November 29th. With some bad genetics that lead to a diabetic diagnosis, he found himself unable to work for the first time in his life and at the hospital when his feet became infected.
The doctors started his treatment by trying to cut the infection out. They first cut several toes off of his left foot and then cut part of his heel off on his right foot.
Jeremy was in the hospital 3 separate times for sepsis. He was given countless antibiotics and medications. He had to spend time in a hyperbaric chamber in hopes of salvaging his leg. But unfortunately the doctors had to make the hard decision to remove his right foot up to his knee just a few days ago.
Jeremy has worked hard since he was old enough to do so, often working overtime to support his wife, 2 children, and his grandkids. He truly is looking forward to getting back to work but he has a long road of recovery ahead which includes healing up enough to get fitted for a prosthetic and beginning rehab.
We know times are difficult for everyone out there, if you have any extra to give please do. This family has countless medical bills and without Jeremy’s income they find themselves in a very trying financial situation. If you don’t have any to spare, please at least share his story with others who may have the means to do so. We appreciate it more than you know.
