Lay Jake to rest

Hi. I am starting this fundraiser for a friend of mine who recently lost her beloved baby boy. Catie always told us how sweet, kind, and caring Jake was. How he was special. Catie has touched so many lives and hearts. She is always there for anyone in their time of need. Now is our chance to be there for her and her family.
