Kira Dart -Hullick - Legal Plight

My young niece Kira lost her mum a couple of months ago to a long battle with depression, and lost her dad when very young to murder. Her dads killer received a million dollars legal fees paid to fight his terror on society , when we asked for help for Kira as she is orphaned she was told sorry no help for you , child services NSW said sorry you are not our problem so not helping you either !
We now have to raise $10 thousand dollars in legal fees to get a piece of paper so I can care for her for the rest of her life .... Australian laws have a lot to answer .
