Dear Friends,
Beloved husband, loving father, and faithful family man, Victor Rangel was taken too soon. His legacy lives on through his wife Marina, and their three children, Fabian, Edgar, and Samantha. Anyone who knew Victor knew that he was always ready to lend a hand to anyone who needed and was always there as a guiding figure. He was his families greatest cheerleader and provider. There is much uncertainty in the coming days and months and with your help, we hope to ease some of that burden for Marina. Our heartfelt thanks to all that have offered your prayers and support.
