HELP REBUILD ASTRONAUT FLEE DANCE STUDIO FOR YOUTH

The bullets were fired from outside the studio in the South Side neighborhood of Chatham around 9 p.m. Sunday, An unknown individual or individuals fired shots from outside Astronaut Flee dance studio in Chicago, striking a 14-year-old girl and two adult men inside. While they was doing there routine dance battle which is an fundraiser to help pay for kids monthly dues and the up keep of the studio, where all 90 kids are 7 days a week practicing as well as being mentored due to the fact they are teenagers ranging from ages 12-21 years of age. A 14-year-old girl and two other teenagers were wounded when bullets came flying into their Chicago dance studio Saturday night. The 14-year-old is in great condition after being shot in the shoulder. The 18-year-old man and 19-year-old man are fine as well god watched over my kids. At this time Police are still looking for the shooter or shooters but we are with out a dance home. I invested everything my time my money my life into this community into my kids for this to happen I am hurt! My kids are scared I haven’t slept we don’t know what to do I promised them I will fix this but I don’t know where to start first this I thought about was ending everything but I received so many text calls emails telling me not to give up on the youth this is my gift at this point I am asking for help we need to raise money to relocate I am not Gonna let them take away our youth safe place this is there home we are located right off the redline and for many of the young men we are walking distance from there homes so we are looking to move but still be close to the redline I am asking you to help me get them a new dance home a safer place a place where my parents and kids don’t have to worry about these senseless crimes. once we let our young people to the streets we lost them for ever
