Tripp was diagnosed with Tetralogy of Fallot (TOF) when he was about 24weeks (in utero). The doctors and I monitored and watched his growth closely during the pregnancy. Tripp was born at 33weeks, 4lbs 15oz and an extra health condition called 22Q, that we are still learning about. He has spent all his time in the Hospital between the NICU, Mayo and PICU. We were able to take him home for a short while but readmitted him due to his heart condition. He is now preparing for his Open Heart Surgery, which will be done at Mayo on November 24th, so long as he stays on course.
