On November 13, 2020, our niece, Tianna, was involved in a head-on collision north of Moose Jaw. She was transferred by Stars Ambulance to Reginal General Hospital and underwent emergency surgery for her legs and collapsed lung. Both of Tianna's legs have been severely damaged, which means she will need a number of surgeries, and will need to be transferred to Saskatoon for a specialist to rebuild her ankles and feet.
This process will take many months (a minimum of 6 months) and will create many additional expenses for both her and her loved ones. All funds collected will be put towards travel costs and expenses related to her and her family needing to be away from home for so long. We don't know exactly how much this is going to be. Any funds raised over and above this amount will be used to help provide for equipment such as special chairs, ramps, etc. that will be needed for her rehabilitation.
