My name is Salvatore Profaci. For 27 years, I have been the primary caregiver for my grandmother, Frances Rita Profaci, who is 92 years old. She is sharp, loving, and one of the strongest people I have ever known. She deserves to live out her years with dignity, security, and peace of mind. Right now, that is under serious threat.

Several years ago, my grandmother’s prior home was sold. The proceeds from that sale were used to purchase a new home in a 55+ community in Freehold, New Jersey. My grandmother believed that home was hers. She signed documents she was not given adequate time or explanation to understand. When we looked closer, we discovered the deed had been placed solely in her daughter’s name — not my grandmother’s.

She did not know. She did not agree. And she deserves to have that wrong made right.

We have taken action. I hold a current, notarized Durable Power of Attorney for my grandmother. We have assembled evidence, filed complaints, and are actively pursuing justice through the courts. But legal battles are costly, and we need help. Despite coming from a large family, my grandmother has had only one person in her corner through all of this. I refuse to stop fighting for her.

Every dollar raised goes directly toward legal fees to fight for my grandmother’s rights — to cloud the title on the property, pursue a constructive trust claim, and ensure her home and future are protected.
