27 year Army Disable Veteran (Willie) owes US Govt

My name is Willie Dosher Cain. I am a 27 year military retired disabled veteran and a retired law enforcement officer with numerous medical conditions. I desperately need help in raising $900,000.00 to pay the US Government/Veterans administration because I plead guilt to embezzlement but I am innocent. I plead guilty because I am 74 years old, being treated by the VA Health Facilities , Duke Medical Cancer Center and I am tired of courtrooms. My ex-wife who I divorced after discovering she had been unfaithful for over 4years of our 13 year marriage back in 2017 went to a VA investigator and told numerous lies on me that resulted a three year investigation. She was very angry after taking me to court several times (two divorces with the first set aside) in hopes of getting half of all assets and alimony. She even lied that I had forged her name and committed fraud upon receiving the first divorce. I ended up receiving a final divorce with her receiving no spousal support.  As of today we are still waiting to attend court for equitable distribution and she has made no mortgage payments of three properties we own.  Some claims I had submitted to the VA required her signature on a witness statement and she claimed she did not sign (but can prove she did because she changed her signature after moving out of my home). She also told the investigator that she did not assist me as a caretaker when she was trained and paid by the VA to assist with  a bowel and bladder disorder  She even informed the investigator I had a wheelchair and could walk. I never, ever claimed I could never walk but I do have a mobility problem because of an artillery shrapnel wound to my left back and buttock right next to my spine. I still have shrapnel there that can"t be removed. I am a spinal cord patient so I was authorized an electric scooter that I used at times when needed.  There were more misinformation given and the government gave her immunity even though  she was paid by the VA to assist me. She told the investigator we owned a third floor condo on Carolina beach that had no elevator(I purchased it because it was a short sale and could not get a unit on a lower level even though going up stairs causes me a problem). I was going to give this to my children. My ex-wife informed the investigator I was a member of a recreation center on Carolina Beach were mostly senior citizen use and a video of me shooting basketball with my grandson was obtained from there plus my ex had some videos of us dancing at home she turned over. This and other misinformation was gathered and I was never interviewed by the investigator. There was one final situation that was used as evidence against me. In 2014 I submitted a claim for an increase in compensation for bowel and bladder and was having a problem with the VA understanding my situation so I had a  service representative from Paralyze Veterans of America to assist.  I had to give him power of attorney to take over my claim for the bowel and bladder. I signed all documents he requested and then in 30 days my claim was approved with other entitlements I did not ask for but was informed I was authorize. I received back pay, was told I was authorize a van and have my home converted for handicap use. I do have all of those documents to prove my statement on this. To make this long story short, my case was very complicated because it is a medical. I am still being treated for the problems the government stated I was faking. Because of three combat tours, numerous awards/decorations , 27 years of military services, retired police officer,
my age , and medical conditions (Federal Probation did a complete history check on me and even confirmed my medical history), I was given five years probation, no fine, 250 hours of community service and pay $1,000.00 a month by the Judge. This is what I could afford. The Van and scooter was seized when I was  arrested  and over 100,000.00 taken from my bank account, and I will have to give up my condo on Carolina Beach. Now the government on the civil side wants me to pay the money back right away even though I am paying monthly ordered by the court. I could lose my retirement pay , other benefits to include my primary residence. I still have to go to court with my ex over property. I have never  and would never take something that I am not deserving of and would certainly not take something from another veteran . I am having to pay back clothing allowances I received years ago for a back and leg brace that I still use today.  Military Veterans will know what I am referring to. I am having to give and pay back what I was duly authorized to be received. I do have an appeal with the VA and I have my evidence. At first the VA wanted to handle this situation but the US Attorney's Office took it over. I do have the backing of many of my church, family, and law enforcement members that know me and my character. By helping me I will be forever grateful because I never thought I would be in this situation. I have five children, 13 grandchildren and one great grand who I have always and continue to teach them to do the right thing and be honest. My medical conditions are as follows: 1. Heart disease 2.PTSD 3. Prostate Cancer (3rd time) 4.Pancreas disease. Kidney Disease 3. Spinal cord injury with shrapnel in my back 5. Hypertension 6. Tinnitus 7. Incontinence and bowel issue 8. Degenerate joint disease, lumbar spine 9. radiculopathy, right and left lower extremity 10. left knee limitation 10. Liver (Doctor just discovered this on January 19,2021. There are a few more disabilities and numerous medications I am taking. My store sounds and is complicated but I know that there are good  loving people in the world who care about other people. So please help me. This money will be paid back to the US Justice Department Account Number 2021A14492/Court Number 1:19CR553-1 . I was also instructed to make my monthly payments to the Veterans Administration Debt Management Section. I am sure the money will end up at the right place using theses adresses Thank you and God bless.
