Hello Rolling Hills and nearby neighbors!
My name is Fabrizio, the online neighborhood lead for Rolling Hills area internet community forum.
I'm trying to raise funds to repay our neighbor John the expenses he has incurred purchasing supplies used during our recent neighborhood clean up projects.
As Rolling Hills and surrounding neighbors following our forum, you likey know John has taken the lead in heading up our area crime prevention and graffitti clean up efforts- with great results! This is purely voluntary on his part and as you can imagin from his regular updates and postings, it's an extreamly time consuming endevor.
And expensive: Paint, rollers, brushes, safely gear, fence mending supplies, etc.
John has a demanding job, and a family, but for months he has spent mulitple hours each week organizing with City Officals, Law Enforcement and others, arranging resources needed to fight back creeping crime into our neighborhood. I think I speak for many when I say we are extreamly grateful and fortunate to have a great neighbor like him fighting back against bad elements.
I think its clear we need to support John more. Last I spoke to him about this, he mentioned he has been paying for supplies out of poctet; He was still tallying but had receipts for about $1500.00 counted so for.
I think quickly repaying him for is the least we can do and will be much appreciated. Please join me in thanking him and contribute what you can to acheive our goal. There are a lot of us, so a small donation of $10-20 from all of us will get us to our goal. We will discuss an ongoing supply fund at our next meeting.
