Hello, my name is Sadie Dickson. My father passed away suddenly on the evening of February 4, 2024, just one day after his 55th birthday. A Ghanaian-born man who came to Maryland in the early 1990s, he worked and provided for his family for more than three decades. His charisma, kindness, resilience, compassion, understanding, hard-work, dedication, and most importantly, love, will never be forgotten. As the man of the house, he provided everything for his family. My dad worked for Carmax Toyota as a Sales Consultant for more than 20 years. My mother has been unable to work for decades due to her being on disability, so my dad was the breadwinner of the family. In his absence, my mother, younger brother and I are finding it hard to make ends meet in order to continue on. Please keep our family in your prayers as we try to navigate our lives without him here with us. Anything that you are able to donate will help us to not only memorialize him, but help us to keep on in his absence.
