Help Radha Hilery Recover

As a fitness and wellness expert Hilery (Radha) has dedicated her life to improving the health, happiness, and lives of everyone she meets – from competitive athletes, to senior citizens, to families and children in third world countries, she has done it all. Now she needs our help as she fights to come back from a sudden and crippling medical condition.
On July 19 Hilery (Radha) started experiencing some numbness in her right leg. She tried to shake it off but it continued to worsen throughout the night spreading up her legs into her hips, and then further into her body. She soon found herself struggling to walk and move her limbs. She hurried to the ER, and after poking, prodding, and some large uncomfortable needles she was diagnosed with Guillain-Barré – a rare debilitating and potentially life threatening condition where the immune system attacks the body’s nervous system. Patients can become completely paralyzed and unable to breath on thier own. Luckily she went to the hospital and started to get treatment before things got worse.
She is now home from the hospital but has a long road to recovery. She is still experiencing sporadic numbness throughout her body, extreme migraines, shortness of breath, intense pain, and currently re-learning how to walk on her own. I can only imagine how difficult it is for someone so active, flexible, and athletic to have to learn a simple thing like walking again – something we all take for granted. Hilery has shown enormous strength and a positive attitude throughout this process and we are very hopeful that she will make a full recovery. However, there is little known about this disease and more test are needed. The recovery time could be anywhere from a few weeks to a few years (possibly forever)
Hilery is self employed and therefor out of work for a while. My goal is to relieve some of her stress by raising at least 6 months of living expenses for her and her dog so she can focus on her own health and wellbeing.
