Hi Friends and Family! I am an elected delegate to the Democratic National Convention - representing Bernie Sanders - in the city of brotherly love - Philadelphia!
I have been a staunch progressive Democrat for most of my life and will continue to advocate for the Bernie Platform long after this election is over!
The expenses for delegates is pretty steep; the hotel they are putting the NY Delegation in is $450 a night! Some of us have found alternative housing, but it is still a financial stretch. So any money you can contribute to offset the costs will be greatly appreciated. All funds will be used for housing, transportation and at least one Philly cheesesteak!
The DNC is July 25-28, so, yeah. I am a bit late on this.
