I've known Don, ten years. A happy-go-lucky mate, in the last six months, I've watched him go through the darkest time, in his 60 years!  He's a great man. A US Navy veteran, who honorably served his country, 10 years, with no criminal records. 
Don did nothing wrong to provoke his current situation and is desperate to have contact with his young, impressionable daughter & re-establish their bond. He is now forced to take legal action, which he cannot afford without financial help.

Due to the Pandemic, his current job & income has been impacted, forcing him out of work. His financial situation isn't great, due to divorce & loss of assets, in previous years. Without assets, investments or other monetary resources, my good mate is struggling, resorting to living off of credit cards with little income or savings.

My daughter & Don's daughter are best friends. As a result of the mother's behavior, our children miss out on valuable quality time, also. It has been a burden and hardship for us all. 

In support of Don's plight to regain access to his daughter, I ask the community for any financial donation to assist my good mate. In the upcoming pursuit, he needs help to pay legal fees, to battle for & obtain a custody arrangement. The objective is $30,000.00. All funds received will be used to pay legal fees. Any remaining, unused funds will be donated to charities that raise awareness in mental health.
