Help to learn

Hi my name is Baljinder Kaur

When I was a college graduate, I used to think that when in future when I am rich, I will build a oldage Ashram because there was a small oldage Ashram in the town next to us where I used to go during my college days. Since two years I have been listening to Sant Maskin Ji and my thoughts have changed regarding my initial dream. Now I think before all this its very important to teach people about how to be a human first. When a person knows the meaning of being a human, he will not leave his elders in the oldage homes, so I want to create a library with books from Sikhism and other religions, because all the religions atleast teach how to be a human and to always be supportive of your elders.Especially my religion Sikhism teaches us to dedicated to our elders.

Sikh means a learner who is learns from life.

So in order to fulfill my dreamor ,I need help of many people. To start with I am not telling everyone to donate me 100,s of dollars .A dollar or two is very valuable to me because I believe that two dollars can buy a good book and it can go into the hands of a poor person to read.

Before asking anyone for help me being a Sikhi, I am taking the very first step of this gods initiative. As our religion has always stood up for people in need , I think this is a very good initiative to teach people early on about such social stances . So when I see Sikhi people always being the first ones to being involved in social works, I am expecting them to be the first ones here too, to help me in this cause.
