Reach the Peak for Ronald Schiavone

In memory of my dad, Ronald Schiavone, I will be climbing Pike's Peak on September 9th, 2016 - four months since his passing. Pike's Peak is 4302 meters, or 14115 feet, in elevation. (That's half the height of Mount Everest.)

My goal is to earn one dollar for every vertical meter I climb. All proceeds will be given to the American Heart Association, who work to prevent deaths caused by cardiovascular disease and stroke. 

May 9th, 2016 began the most emotional journey I will ever endure. Losing a loved one is never easy, but losing a parent and friend all in one has been heartbreaking. This physical journey will be a chance for me to express the love I have for my dad. I would be elated for you to be part of it in some way! Any donation you can make - no matter how big or how small - is greatly appreciated.
