Help Ruben’s Family Relocate
Donation protected
In the early hours, just before dawn on March 3, 1983, an Armenian baby boy by the name of Samveli Ruben Arshakyan was born. Born to a modest Armenian family, Ruben grew up in the Nor Nork District of Armenia. In 2000 Ruben moved to the small town of Hadrut in Artsakh. He married the love of his life, Suzanna Israelyan on October 12, 2005, and on August 2nd of 2008 they welcomed their first blessing, a beautiful daughter they named Gayane. They then went on to have five exquisite children together. Suzanna and Ruben made an honest living raising livestock.
On September 27, 2020 life as they knew it would never be the same. Ruben was called for duty as he fearlessly went to fight the war against Azerbaijan in a brave calling to protect his homeland, life, culture and his Armenian herriatage. On October 27th, Ruben sustained a leg injury by enemy fire and was to be transferred to Yerevan the following day for treatment. Instead, Ruben made a selfless decision to stay behind the first available conveyance to allow his brothers in war who had been severely wounded to take priority in heading to Yerevan for treatment. He took the subsequent transport vehicle, which was demolished by a drone on route to Yerevan Armenia, tragically killing Ruben. He is survived by his widow, Suzanna Israelyan and their five grieving children, Gayane, Tamar, Sofia, Hripsime and Liana Arshakyan. In an effort to assist his devastated family return their beloved husband and father of five back to Artsakh we ask for your generous donation to bring our hero back home, with his family, where he belongs.
And to help relocate his wife and 5 daughters.
