Eric Melendez is a 14 year old child diagnosed with medulloblastoma. On Mother's Day of 2016, he was complaining about a severe headache and lose of vision. He was rushed into the emergency room and was found with a tumor as big as a golf ball, needing emergency surgery. As we waited for the results, Eric is now needing medical treatment. He requires urgent craniospinal radiation, and will also be receiving concurrent chemotheraphy.
Eric is an outgoing and active child who loves playing basketball. His dream is to become an NBA Basketball player. He loves making people laugh and smile, and is very loving and caring with his friends and family.
