Amy's Medical Fund

This is Amy Telschow Ama, loving mother, wife and friend.  I have know Amy since the first day of kindgergarten, over 35 years ago.  Amy has spent her adult life as a psychotherapist, always the one focused on helping others and their well being.  Now Amy needs our help and support.  Amy has been diagnosed with a plethera of medical conditions which I will outline below.  Her insurance only covers a fraction of the expense, some of which are completely out of pocket.  She is going to have to travel to either Portland or Denver for at least one procedure.  The treatments and medication she needs are very expensive and due to her physical condition she is unable to work.  To make things worse, her identity was stolen a few months ago, so she has been battling to get that straightened out as well.

Amy has been diagnosed with multiple diseases, most of which are autoimmune.  She has Interstitial Lung Disease, severe narcolepsy,Intestitial Cystitis and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, just to name a few.  Her cognitive function has been affected, which makes doing everyday tasks extremely difficult.

I am hoping by circulating Amy's story, we can at least give her a little solace and relief with the bills piling up.  Amy is one of the kindest people I know, she is very humble and would never ask for this help for herself.  A little peace of mind for her could help with her recovery.
