Helping Rahni's Heart

This is not something I ever thought our family would ever experience but As a lot of you know Rahni is about to go through the toughest journey so far in her 9 1/2 years of life. Recently diagnosed with an atrial septal defect or in our terms a hole in her heart she has a lot of trips to Melbourne coming her way. This is something that should have been picked up before birth but unfortunately it has only just been picked up In the last 3 weeks. The cardiologist pediatrician has pick up a couple of other problems that can also be fixed with open heart surgery. This will take place in 3-6 mths . Every year our family take the good Friday appeal very seriously to help all the sick babies and children never having to use the hospital our selves. This year will be living there for quite awhile and will forever be a hospital that will always be a huge part of our lives. I Just wanted to share this in the hope that we could raise a huge amount of money for Rahni to pass on to the hospital to thank them for saving her life. It is not for us at all because you can not put a price on her life but for her to hand a big cheque over to the hospital with Thanks. Hope you don't mind helping her out - Rosie
