At 28 weeks pregnant I was diagnosed with Hodgkin's Lymphoma again. Originally my current OB/GYN at the time and my Oncologist had agreed to let me wait until 40 weeks pregnant to deliver and then get treatment. At 34 weeks pregnant I switched my OB/GYN and was sent to see a Maternal Fetal Medicine Specialist who believed it was pertinent to my recovery to start treatment right a way and with in two days I was in the Hospital welcoming Wyatt to the world.

Wyatt was born with premature lungs and was rushed to the NICU almost immediately after he was born. He is currently in the NICU until he can breath with out the assistance of a machine and eat from a bottle instead of a feeding tube. There is no set date for when he will be able to return home but he is making good progress.

I will be starting my chemo regimen on June 6th. Each ICE regimen of chemo is 3 days in a row for 6hrs each. Then on the 4th day I get a Nuelasta shot to help with my white blood cell count which causes extreme body aches. After 3 cycles of chemo if I show improvement I will be sent to Cleveland for 6 weeks (3 weeks of tests and 3 weeks of treatment). I will receive a stem cell transplant with my own stem cells that they will collect in Cleveland, They will then wipe out my bone marrow with chemo and I will regrow new bone marrow. And hopefully after all of that I will be cancer free!

Both mine and Wyatt's care require constant trips to the hospital/doctors which is 30 minutes minimum one way and 2 hours one way when I start going to Cleveland. Travel, time off work, co pays, & medical bills, all add up.  Any donations would be a huge help on mine and Wyatt's road to recovery.

I am looking forward to the day that we can bring Wyatt home and when I am cancer free !
