Eddie Phillips

One of Eddie's many hobbies if farming. On Sunday morning, November 1, he was involved in a very serious farming incident. Both of his hands were caught in the sharp husking rollers of his corn picker. Ultimately, all four fingers on his left hand were severed, along with the top (nail portion) of his left thumb. He was airlifted to Charleston, SC, where he has already undergone two surgeries, and he will have another on Friday morning around 10 AM. Here are the specific prayers that Eddie and family are asking for right now: 1) Healing of the infection in his left hand. 2) Regaining of circulation and feeling in his right index finger. 3) No further amputations. 4) Rest and endurance for his wife, Jean, as she takes care of him Eddie and Jean could also use your help with expenses for travel, meals, being out of work, etc. before they even know what medical expenses will be.
