Headstone for My Beloved Ray
Donation protected
Within the past four years so many health issues were thrown at my husband Ray Dockstader including CLL, anemia, Emphysema and then on May 2nd, he was diagnosed with Acute Leukemia which rapidly progressed, and passed away May 25 after a hard-fought battle with cancer.
Ray was not just a husband, he is my best friend, the love of my life, my Lighthouse in a stormy sea, the calming breeze after a cold, tough winter, my rock and my anchor. I love him so very very much and I miss him desperately.
Unfortunately we did not have Life Insurance and these costs all came on me quickly. Though we were able to scrounge up the cost of the Funeral Home, I would love him to have a nice headstone but I just am not able to fund it.
And now I find out there are some cemetery fees as well.
He was a very special guy and deserves something nice. He will be buried at Adams Rural Cemetery and will post images of the headstone once we can buy one.
Thank you in advance for your thoughtfulness and generosity in this sad time. At least I can say he is now at peace. No more suffering.
